Manoj Kutty is the founder and CEO of the Greenlight Group of companies – GreenLight Credential, GreenLight Balance, GreenLight Fitness and GreenLight International.

He began his career at the Tata Group, quickly rising through the ranks to become the youngest President in the organization. Later, he founded and ran LoudCloud Systems, employing over 150 skilled resources in Mumbai, which was successfully sold to Barnes and Noble.

Manoj sits on the Boards of the Perot Museum of Science and Nature, Dallas Education Foundation, and the Center of Brain Health at the University of Texas. He holds an engineering degree from WIT and an MBA from XIM Bhubaneswar.

Bill Searight, an accomplished Attorney at Law, possesses a Doctorate in Law and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.

He currently serves as a Board member of the GreenLight companies and is the President of GreenLight Fitness.

Bill has had a long and distinguished career that included heading Merger & Acquisition as a Partner at Deloitte.

Eric Reeves, a Wake Forest University Law Doctorate is a six-time, undefeated, former North Carolina state Senator.

He currently serves as a Board member and the General Counsel and Chief Data Trust Officer at GreenLight companies.

Prior to GreenLight he helped setup and served as the General Counsel of School Dude that was eventually sold for over $1B. He is Ross Perot’s son-in-law.

Divakar grew up in Mumbai, completed his undergraduate studies from IIT Bombay and his graduate and post graduate studies from Stanford University and UCLA.

He subsequently worked in several Private Equity and Venture Capital firms in Washington DC and New York, eventually leading Pacesetter Capital in Dallas.

Divakar currently serves as the CFO of two affiliated edtech companies: GreenLight Credentials and GreenLight Fitness. He lives in the Dallas area for the past 30 years.

Breanna has worked with FitnessGram for seven years and now leads program management as the Vice President of Operations with GreenLight Fitness.

Laura Fink DeFina, MD, FACP, FAHA, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cooper Institute since 2014.

She joined The Cooper Institute research division in 2009 as the Medical Director. Since 2013 as Chief Science Officer, she has led the development and implementation of the institute’s research agenda focused primarily on the Cooper Center Longitudinal Study as well as the development of strategic partnerships with academic centers, researchers, and industry stakeholders.

Dr. DeFina has authored more than 100 manuscripts on a variety of prevention topics, including healthy aging, brain health, and cardiorespiratory fitness. She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Heart Association.
